The Way Church Inc ("The Way Church," "we," "us") is a church at 41 Pine St, Milford, MA 01757. This policy explains what information we collect through thewaychurch.net and any The Way Church app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email, phone number, town, how you heard about us, questions or messages, prayer requests, serve-team interests, home group requests, and details about hosting a group.
If you register children for Way Kids, we collect the parent or guardian's contact information and each child's name, age or birthdate, and any allergy, medical, or care notes you choose to share.
Our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without advertising cookies. We use this information to improve the site and to block spam and abuse. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
If you choose "Keep private," your request is read only by our pastoral team. If you choose "Share with prayer team," it is shared with our church prayer team, led by our pastor's wife. Prayer requests are never posted publicly without your permission.
Children's information is provided by a parent or guardian, used only for check-in, safety, and contacting the family, and seen only by authorized Way Kids staff and volunteers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the church, under their own privacy and security terms:

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send church updates and follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.
We keep contact information while you are connected with the church. If we haven't heard from you in three years, we remove your information from our records. Children's check-in and attendance records are kept for three years for safety purposes. Any safety incident records are kept as long as our insurance and the law require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
We take photos and video at services and events and may use them on our website, social media, and Google listings. We don't publish children's last names with their photos. If you'd rather not appear, tell a team member or email info@thewaychurch.net and we'll remove it.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing info@thewaychurch.net or calling (508) 473-2842. If you have an app account, you can delete it from inside the app.
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
